Yoco Payment Option not Showing in Checkout

I am currently using woocommerce & elementor to set up my shop. I am wanting to use the Yoco Payment plugin and have fully completed all setup for it. However, the yoco still does not show up as an option. Some support forum said that there may be a plugin/or theme blocking it from being available. The payment portal is working because the direct bank transfer option is available. Please could someone assist me in resolving this? Thanks so much.
