YOAST WP SEO – Subcategories in title

Hello Joost,

I would like to say to you : very thanks ! I love your WP SEO plugin !

My little problem concerns the fact that I want to display my subcategories in taxonomies title… Why ?
Because I have several subcategories which have the same name… Like :

Paris
>> restaurant
>> museum
Lyon
>> restaurant
>> museum

I use for my taxonomies : %%term_title%%%%page%% %%sep%% %%sitename%%
But with this, the title for museum is always the same …
Well, I would like to display the parent category before to distinguish them… It’s possible ? How can I do ?
