    Hi folks,

I’m using Yoast SEO on several of my sites with no problems but for some strange reason, I’m having problems with my major site https://irishwhiskey.com.

I have set it up the same as all the others and am reasonably competent…

On this Irish Whiskey site, the site map tests ok but after a few weeks it is showing on Google Webmaster as 0 URLs submitted. Most of my sites have been well indexed by Google in a matter of days, but this premium domain is going nowhere fast.

I do have the site preference in G WM Tools set to https:// instead of www and I have Geo targeting set to USA.

I am about to buy a 5 Site Yoast Premium licence and a Shop review from Yoast but obviously cannot proceed before I identify what the issue is here.

Very grateful for any advice ideas etc.!

    Kind regards,

    Stuart

    Update!

I contacted Yoast who said they would only talk to me if I paid for the premium licence.

Not the answer that a prospective customer likes to hear.

I have already paid for other Yoast Premium products but not on this particular site yet.

So, left to my own devices,

I disabled The Sitemaps feature on my Yoast installation and deleted the Yoast generated sitemap from Google Webmaster Tools? I then down loaded Google Sitemaps for WordPress plug in and used this to generate a new sitemap which I then listed in webmaster tools.

Bingo! The new sitemap was processed and indexed almost immediately by Google.

This leads me to believe that there is a problem with Yoast which I am now considering removing from my site altogether after a very frustrating two weeks of troubleshooting.

Very glad Now I didn’t buy the Yoast 5 site licence!
