Yoast showing squashed on right hand side

So now when I’m logged in and editing my pages, Yoast and Scheme plugins are no longer showing down the bottom and easy to read.

Now both plugins are squashed along the right margin of the page, and I cannot read or use them

I am not aware that I clicked on anything to move them and have spent the last 2 hours trying to get the layout of the plugins in wordpress right again

please help
