Yoast SEO + WP Forms: how to force them to work together?

    Hi.

    Is there any possibility to connect Yoast SEO to WP Forms? I created a form with WPForms and now I need to share it on Facebook and LinkedIn. Unfortunately I can’t see it neither in posts nor pages sections of my WP Admin Panel. The form is only visible in the WP Forms section where the Yoast’s SEO fields are not displayed.

    I desperately need to set up a proper fb image, fb title and fb description of my form. It is so easy with Yoast SEO but… impossible (?) with WP Forms.

    I believe forms made with WP Forms are not visible to your site visitors until they are added to the content of a post or page. Once you add the form to a post or page, you can set the Facebook sharing information for the form.
