    Hi guys,

I am trying to follow Yoast SEO tips for better SEO on my travel blog. I went through different growth podcast and Yoast SEO seems to work fine (and it’s free).

I am using Elementor as article and page builder. Yoast SEO advices me to modify some sentences (readability purpose).

It seems like I cannot underline the issues on Elementor based on Yoast suggestions. Is there a way to do it ?

(For the note, the french sentence on the capture means “3 sentences are starting with the same word, correct it for a better readibility”… It doesn’t scale if I have to go through all my articles and look for 3 sentences starting the same way ?? )

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi,

When you say underline do you mean there is an eye icon highlight button? Are you clicking on it and nothing is happening? Is that the issue?

    Hi there,

Sorry for the delay, just got the notification in my inbox.

Basically everything is going well with the eye button when clicking.
I am using elementor to write and organize my pages / articles and in these pages, there is no highlighted text from Yoast SEO as it is supposed to be when you can improve your seo based on your list.

The Yoast SEO for WordPress plugin is able to detect content from both the text and visual mode of your WordPress native editor. In addition, the plugin is also able to detect the content while using Visual Composer and some other page builder plugins. Currently, not all the page builder plugins and themes are supported, including Elementor, nor is the plugin fully able to detect and highlight the content in some cases while using the page builder.

We are aware of this issue with Yoast SEO and there is currently an issue report open with our developers to disable the highlight feature in Elementor.
