Yoast SEO report not updating

    Hi,

    I am using Yoast SEO for long and I started to encounter a problem. When I solve some issue which is related to the content of the page, such as “the key sentence was found 0 times”, it does not update the status, and the issue is still appearing in the SEO report.

    Do you know why this could be, and how to solve it?

  • Sometimes same issue with me but when I refresh the page or logout from admin & login again- issue resolved, I am also following for perfect solution.

    Hi @kotlikes

    Are you using the latest version of Yoast SEO 17.8 on your website? Also, are you using the default WordPress block or classic editor to add to your content? Or are you using a third-party page builder or custom theme box?

    We do know that the Yoast SEO content analysis should reflect and update in real-time (while you are editing) if you are using the default WordPress editor. However, if you are using a page builder or custom content box, the content analysis may be inaccurate (because these page builders build on top of the standard functionality and the content isn’t being parsed properly).

    Hi Michael!

    Thank you very much for your feedback, I appreciate it. Let’s see:

    Yes, I have 17.8 version

    I am using Elementor, with “classic style”

    Anyways, thanks to your link, I have learnt to check the SEO in the same page while modifying i with elementor, which I did not know, and after that it also gets updated in the “edit page” page, so it is great!
