Yoast plugin still showing for this website roeleveld3.intellico.nl and there are more websites like this.

From what i see there is a single instance using yoast:

<script type="application/ld+json" class="yoast-schema-graph">

Still not sure yet, if that can be removed. Can you check with the Yoast developer if the code is mandatory to stay as is or can be changed?
You can try to remove the “yoast” using this filter https://wp-hide.com/documentation/wphob_start_callback/

Try the above filter to replace the “yoast-schema-graph” and it should hide it.
As an alternative, consider the PRO which provides the PostProcessing with Replacements functionality through which you can specify the required changes https://wp-hide.com/documentation/html-css-js-replacements/
