Yoast SEO plugin conflict with date fields

When I have the Yoast SEO plugin active on my site the date fields to do not work in the admin (i.e. the date picker does not work and you cannot enter a date). When I disable the Yoast SEO plugin the date fields work again. I have disabled it for now, but a fix for this is important so that I can maintain my SEO.
