Yoast SEO not working on the website

    I tried to install Yoast on https://www.acollective.co.za but it did not work. I deactivate all plugins and still did not work, tried another theme and activated all the plugins and then it worked. It seems the theme it was conflicting with is Html5 Blank Theme but customized

    The meta description does not reflect in the source code. Funny enough the Title did change.

    Has anyone experienced this before, is there something in my code that may be stopping this?
