Is this only a premium feature? I do not see a yoast seo option on my elementor pro settings. I am not using Yoast Premium.

How do I add Yoast SEO to the elementor template pages?

    Hi @lucytech

Thanks for reaching out about your Elementor template pages. The Yoast SEO content analysis is not available on Elementor template pages; it works on normal Posts and Pages, though.

However, an issue report is currently open in our development repository to extend Yoast SEO to add support for the Elementor Templates.

so then how would I add Yoast SEO to the template pages if I have elementor templates set to show up in the search results?

As mentioned before, you cannot optimize your template pages with Yoast SEO. That feature is not available.

Setting the templates to show in search results is an entirely different setting. That makes them show up in search results pages and also creates a sitemap for them.

so then I should not include them in the search results right? It doesn’t make sense to include them if I can’t customise the fields?

I’m having issues with the correct SEO description showing with my template pages, it is just showing the default homepage description.

    Could this be the cause?

Unfortunately, there’s no way to set/edit the SEO title or meta description of Elementor templates with the Yoast SEO plugin
