    Hi,

After the recent Yoast update, I have been unable to load my SEO and Readability Score. I have tried going into troubleshooting mode by deactivating all plugins and only enable Yoast, and the result is still the same. I wonder if there’s anything that can be done to fix this?

    Regards.

    Hi @wynnekatherine

Sorry for the trouble you are experiencing with the plugin. Can you please check if the issue persists even if you disable the beta analysis under SEO > General > Features?

If it does, we ask you to please perform a conflict check to know what’s causing the issue. This article will guide you on how to properly do that: https://kb.yoast.com/kb/how-to-check-for-plugin-conflicts/

I am having the same issue. I’ve disabled all plugins and it still happens.

I’m using WP Version 5.0.3 and PHP 7.3 with SSL.

I’ve also tried different versions of PHP with no luck. The post/page edit screen loads, but the “Readability analysis” and “Focus keyword” fields just show the green circle spinning and those modules never load.

I’m going to follow the plugin conflicts instructions next.

I’ve narrowed my issue down to that fact that I built the website without SSL initially, and now that I’ve switched it over to SSL, that’s causing the issue. It works when I access the website via HTTP, but the issue is there when I access with HTTPS.

    Hi @marcshade,

If you are still experiencing issues with Yoast we ask that you please create a new topic so we can specifically address the concerns there. It helps us to better manage the issues.
