Yoast SEO for Static home page

Hi,I’m using static home page for my wordpress blog to display blog post and I have just installed SEO by yoast! the problem is its show N/A seo for my home page while the web description and meta descriptions is written well.But on the page I’m using have no title and description according to yoast SEO.

Now tell me should I write the page title and description! because when I do that it show with site title and description or should I left the page null to just show the post!
