Hello,
There is an option to turn on/off the readability and keyword analysis. Can you please check whether they are enabled for you? You can find this on the left menu under SEO > General > Features.
Can you please confirm that the SEO and Readability are enabled on the pages? You can check this by going to your WordPress dashboard, and then going to SEO > Search Appearance > Content Types and seeing that the Yoast SEO Meta box says “show”?
?Additionally, please check that your admin hasn’t disabled the SEO and Readability analysis for your users. Please go to your WordPress dashboard, and then navigate to Users > All Users > Edit > Yoast SEO Settings and seeing that the Disable SEO & Readability analysis isn’t ticked?
?Check if Yoast SEO Premium is ticked in Screen Options on the upper right-hand side when editing a post or page.
If you’ve checked all of the settings above and still aren’t seeing the keyword and content readability analysis in the Yoast SEO meta box, you might have to perform a conflict check. Please perform the following:
1. Make sure the issue doesn’t persist when Yoast SEO is disabled.
2. Check for conflicts.
3. Check for JavaScript errors with your console.
If you find any JavaScript errors related to Yoast SEO or if there is a conflict with a plugin or a theme, you can create a new GitHub issue for our developers. Please report the issue to a third party developer as well.
If you didn’t find any conflicts or errors, we think the issue is specific to your site. We’d need to investigate further but are unable to do so on these forums. You can purchase Yoast SEO Premium and receive our Premium email support and we can help you further.
