@alepiaggio Thanks for your message and we’re sorry to hear you are having this problem. If your page has content and you are receiving the message of ‘The text contains 0 words’ this is typically due to the content of the page being created outside of the default WordPress editor. Some page builder plugins are not able to share the content created in them with the readability analysis feature of Yoast SEO.

If this is the case the only workaround to this currently is to create the content from within the standard WordPress editor. We have additional information available on this issue at the following link: https://yoast.com/help/error-text-contains-0-words/

    Hi,
thank you for your reply. the problem is that i already opened a ticket to the theme support and they answered me with a video recording showing that it work with them…i mean i created an admin account to access my site and if they go on the pages and use their page builder to insert contents it works…how is it possible?
    thank you

That’s very odd. If Yoast SEO can count the texts for someone else, it could be an issue specific to your system. Can you please try logging into your site dashboard using the login credentials that you provided to the theme support to see whether this is something the user profile specific issue?

If the issue persists, can you please try reproducing the issue on a different device to see whether this is a device-specific issue?

We look forward to hearing from you.

The issue is presenting also if i log in with the user i created for the support and also trying from another device.
i also tried with another browser.
I can add this detail: The page the support had tested and that wordìked fine for them are now marked with a green light from the plugin; then if i open one of this page to modify it the green light disappears.

Thanks for your confirmation. Due to the nature of the issue, we’d need to take a look at your setup to see what’s going on there. However, we are unable to do so here since this is a public forum. However, you may consider purchasing Yoast SEO Premium that will grant you access to our premium support where our support engineers can investigate the further for you and offer support through emails privately.

    Thanks for your understanding!

    Hi Alepaiggio,

I had the same problem with SEO Yoast in my website. I was trying a lot of different things with out success and finally today I have solved the problem.

In my case, I noticed that it happened only in pages where I had used a title with a caption. The solution was basically to erase the caption.

    Maybe it works with you.

    Good luck!
