    Hi,

When i try to optimize Yoast SEO data it gives 500 (Internal Server Error) error.

I have installed Yoast Test Helper and tried to Reset Indexables tables & migrations and it throw these errors in the query monitor:

    Table ‘DATABASENAME.wp_yoast_migrations’ doesn’t exist
    Table ‘DATABASENAME.wp_yoast_seo_links’ doesn’t exist

The site is hosted on Cloudways but these same errors occur also on the localhost.

I think the Yoast plugin configuration is somehow gone wrong. Only wp_yoast_* table that has any data in it is wp_yoast_migrations. What should I do to fix these issues?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

We are sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with Yoast SEO. The database doesn’t exist errors occur when there are no relevant database tables. Can you please check the relevant database manually to see if there are the relevant tables?

On the other hand, can you please share the server error log here with us to see whether that shows anything related to the 500 internal server error?

We look forward to hearing from you.

Hmm, now it worked both on live and development environment without doing anything. Any idea what it could have been?

While we are not sure how exactly everything is working now without any manual action, it could be either because of the cache or because of the background process that Yoast SEO runs after a certain interval.

That said, since the issue is resolved now, we’re going to close this thread. As always, if you need further assistance, do feel free to open a new thread. We’re happy to help!
