Yoast SEO conflict with WP Review Pro

    Hi,
    The first plugin i added to my site was Yoast SEO.

    Later i added WP Review Pro. The plugin unfortunately did not work properly. I had a problem with WP Review Pro, with the comment system.

    It did not allow to make more than one comment on the same review posts and also did not let me reply to a review comment. reply button dont work.

    They told to use the official Health Check plugin by www.remarpro.com to see if there is any conflict.

    The result was that, there is a conflict between Yoast SEO and WP Review Pro.

    Do you have any idea why this is happening? And what can I do?

    Sorry to hear that there’s a problem and thanks for bringing this to our attention.

    Does this problem happen with the WP Review plugin available in the WordPress plugin directory or only with the pro version?

    We ask because we’re not able to test with the pro version or troubleshoot commercial plugins on this forum due to the WordPress forum guidelines, unfortunately.

    If you can also give us any further information about JavaScript errors that appear in the browser console when you try to add a review or let us know about any errors in the PHP error logs related to Yoast SEO, that could help us investigate or let you know the best next steps.

    Hi,
    Thank you for your message.
    I did a test with WP Review Plugin, but the comment Rating system is only pro feature.

    * When i used WP Review Plugin, the comment system of the theme works properly.
    * When i used WP Review Pro the rating comment system it does not work properly anyway, but when i disabled the rating comment system and turn it to the classic themes comment system, the problem still exists. Reply button dont work.

    Probably the problem is with the pro version. I contact with them, but they could not do anything. No errors related to Yoast SEO.

    @dental1 Thanks for your reply and for providing the results of your testing. Unfortunately if there aren’t any errors related to Yoast SEO, we can’t really speculate on what the issue causing the conflict between the two plugins is. And since we aren’t able to test the issue since it’s a premium plugin, we aren’t able to perform any testing on our end.

    We would recommend requesting with the developers of the WP Review Pro plugin to open a bug report for the conflict.
