Yoast SEO Columns Not Saving For CPTs

For the past few weeks, my Yoast SEO plugin columns had disappeared from all Custom Post Type list screens, as well as the associated Admin Columns Edit screens. I think the problem may have started around the time when there were issues with Media Library Assistant compatibility, but I’m not really sure.

If I clicked Restore, the columns would reappear on both the Admin Columns Edit screen and the CPT list screens. But if I made changes to another Admin Columns Edit screen, such as for Users or Comments, then the Yoast SEO columns would again disappear from the CPTs.

As of the most recent Admin Columns update, the Yoast SEO columns appear on the CPT list screens, but they’re still disappearing from the Admin Columns Edit screens for CPTs. I tried to Restore again, but simply making changes from one CPT to another deletes the columns from the previous CPT.
