Yoast SEO can't separate SEO title and page title

  • Im getting warnings on the post SEO options when im writing a post. I’ve manually added a SEO title that is good work search engines.

    My post title is supposed to be witty or atleast easy to read for humans, and is longer than the recommended 40 charachters.
    Now when i analyse the SEO of the post it warns that my title is too short, when it performs the analysis it goes by the SEO title not my Headline…

    In there any way to fix this? And are you punished SEO wise for this?
