    We’re sorry to hear that you’re encountering this issue.

    Just to clarify, is your website on the latest version of WordPress 5.8.1, Yoast SEO 17.4, and on the latest version of your other themes and plugins?

    We understand that the SEO menu settings aren’t loading as expected, and you’ve tried to perform a conflict check already.

    We understand you’ve disabled all other plugins aside from Yoast SEO. If you were to switch to a default WP theme such as TwentyTwenty, are you then able to access the menu settings?

    If so, then it’s likely a conflict with your preferred theme. Otherwise, could you please check your browser’s console and check for any JavaScript errors highlighted in red and send us a screenshot?
