• Hi Yoast,

I’m dealing with it for a year now and am somehow amazed it’s not changed by now. However.

I use WPML. Default site frontend language is Polish, but I work with English/Dutch within the admin section. Now, all plugins switch to the chosen admin language when managing the site, EXCEPT Yoast SEO. Is this deliberately? I can’t use the plugin this way, cause I have to configure it in Polish!? Must say I’d like to use your plugin, but am forced to switch to other SEO plugins, because of this.

    Can you change this?

    Regards, Sjef

  • It’s well known issue. Sadly developer silently refuse to “fix” it. I will still recommend Yoast’s products but issues like that are simply not cool.

Look at this thread for a non-hack solution. You’d better use a mu-plugin.

@entr: thanks for the notice. Must admit I did not read all previous forummessages ??

@joost: duidelijk dat hier niet je aandacht naar uitgaat en dat je het waarschijnlijk te druk hebt voor een reactie, dus dan wordt het toch maar een andere plugin waarin dit goed geregeld is. Jammer.
