    Hello, nice to see You here too. I have SEO Yoast on my websites, StareaPresei.ro and Anchetatorul.ro, for several Years. Two days ago I encountered same problem I had some years ago: on StareaPresei.ro, the plugin doesn’t function anymore.

    This means it doesn’t offers anymore the areas Meta Title, Meta Description or Meta Keyword, Readability and Social. There is a blind trafic light without the usual tables to complete, nothing more. Strange, but green, red and orange lights still appears on every articles wich I posted afterwards but the plugin is not active.

    I tried to get it step by step in settings comparatively on my websites, like I did before, because on the other website, Anchetatorul.ro, everything it’s ok, but I failed. Certainly the answer is: how do I activate Your very usefull plugin Yoast SEO?

    I suspect that a posible cause is Gutenberg plugin, but I’m not sure. Before I saw Yoast SEO deactivated, I tried to use the new Gutenberg Plugin. I was not satisfied because I don’t have time to learn all the tricks now so I rebacked to default editor.

    Than I encountered this issue. Thank You for Your understanding and help.

    If I don’t get any resolve I am obliged to find another SEO solution, sadly. Somebody outthere?

    If you deactivate the Gutenburg plugin, does this resolve the issue with the Yoast SEO meta box?

    Can you try and gather as much information for us as possible? Please perform the following:

    1. Make sure the issue doesn’t persist when Yoast SEO is disabled.
    2. Check for conflicts.
    3. Check for JavaScript errors with your console.

    Strange things happens. After other Yoast SEO update, the plugin activated itself alone, without my fraking intervention. Well, now aproximately everything i’is ok. But not all. The plugin social section don’t let me assign pictures to Facebook, Twitter etc.. I tried and I tried on Opera and Chrome, even deleting cache and all the stuff. So… I said like that intelligent monkey: oh, wah-do-do?

    Please feel free to update to the most recent version of Yoast SEO for WordPress, which is v8.0.

    The “not uploading media” issue repaired alone itself too. I think, Michael Tina, You have an intelligent plugin that repaires itself alone without asking somebody about. Wich is very embarasing ??
