    Hi,
Just updated the Yoast SEO plug in to 3.0.1 and Page builder has stopped working.
My page editor is back to the old visual / text editor and underneath the editing box there is an box titled Yoast SEO with 2 icons in it (nothing else), a traffic light = content & a gearwheel = settings, both are links which just keep me on the page I am trying to edit (ie they do nothing) under this is another empty box titled page builder which again dosen’t link to anything. Tried deactivating & reactivating page builder and checked all the settings, tried a few diffrent page templates to see if that was the cause, no joy. I deactivated Yoast and page builder functions normally.
    Any Ideas please
    Mike

Thanks for the update Mike. I appreciate you doing all the basic conflict testing to rule that out. Rolling back WP SEO for the moment does sound like the best idea. You can hopefully update when they release the next version.

All the best with your site ??

Looks like 3.0.3 has done the trick.

Fusion page Builder off and running – well done!!

How do I get 2.3.5 into the plugin list so that I can roll back to it? Sorry to be such a newby, but this Yoast 3.0 problem has me totally frantic. I can’t add new items to my websites and it is CHRISTMAS!

I downloaded 2.3.5. from the link Mike posted. Thank you very much!

Most users seem to be reporting the recent update from Yoast has resolved the problem.

If you still want to roll back, go to Plugins, deactivate WordPress, delete it and then reinstall using the ZIP from Plugins > Add New: Upload Plugin.

Where do I find Word Press? It isn’t in my Plugins list.

    Thank you!

    Typo. Missing “SEO”.

    Let’s try that again.

If you still want to roll back, go to Plugins, deactivate WordPress SEO, delete it and then reinstall using the ZIP from Plugins > Add New: Upload Plugin.

Well that was a speedy fix, well done Joost & the Yoast team 3.0.3 seems to have cured the problem.
    Looks OK too.
Let that be a lesson to all, only use plugins with on-going support as you never know when a conflict will arise.
    Thanks

    Hi marcus2377,

IG PageBuilder is a different plugin. Our Plugin is called SiteOrigin Page Builder. I’m not familiar with your plugin so you should contact your page builder plugin developer.

so when i take the Siteorgin it sould be work ?

    Hi marcus2377,

I’m not sure I follow. If you’re thinking about switching to SiteOrigin Page Builder please be careful. The layouts are NOT compatible and you will lose any layouts you have built in IG PageBuilder.
