    Hi,

    I have no experience in website development just the motivation to give it go.

    I have searched on the net and could not find any info relating to my question below. I hope someone here can provide some direction. On my venture, I learnt of a plugin called Yoast. I have not yet experimented or started learning about SEO let alone using Yoast.

    My question is: Can I use this plugin (Free Version) to get the site checked for SEO while the site is still under construction?

    You will be able to use the free version of the plugin on your development site and you will be able to use most of the features like focus keywords, previews, readability checks, and others.
