Yoast seo

Hi,

The “Page Analysis” feature of Yoast SEO does read the content generated by LC.

The “Focus keyword usage” ( under “General” ) does not at the moment because there was no way to hook into there before, I’ll check again and see if they implemented it, if they did I’ll make sure to sort it out, if not will contact the Yoast SEO author about implementing such a hook.

Hi,

A WordPress hook is something that allows PHP code from one plugin/theme to influence PHP from another plugin/theme. In this specific case a hook in Yoast which Live Composer would use to tell Yoast about the content.

I just checked it out and the “Focus Keyword” check in Yoast is purely JavaScript powered and only checks the main WordPress editor, so nothing in there to “hook into”.

But I do have an idea that might work out, if it does work out it will be in the Live Composer update on November 16th.

How about outbound links, images and subheadings? These will be fixed as well with the update?

– For images i inserted with the image module, but yoast page analysis says that i dont have images at all.
– For outbound links i used modules such as infobox with button, button module and a normal link in text module, but yoast page analysis says that i do not have any outbound links at all.
– For H2 i used text module, but again yoast says that i do not have any H2 at all.

Pls correct me if im wrong.

according to the release notes you need to re-publish the page in order for it to take affect.

We’ve got some more fixes/improvements coming in for that in version 1.0.7 of LC, which is set to be released on December 15th.

Thanks for using our plugin!

For now, LC doesn’t report Yoast about images in the content and their alt attributes. It’s one of the things we will improve in the coming updates.
