    Hello,

With yoast seo a schema is created for Google Search Console. The problem exists with products that don’t have ratings. In that case yoast seo and wordpress yoast tools don’t create the aggregaterating and review field of schema. So Google Search Console takes that as a mistake of missing fields.
Is there any way to produce these fields in schema empty or with zero value?

I am looking forward for your answer.

    Hi @nextspot,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Yoast SEO does not output aggregate ratings or review schema itself. If you use WooCommerce as your eCommerce solution, it should take care of the schema. However, if there is no rating or review on a specific product, we are not sure if WooCommerce outputs anything.

Although WooCommerce does add all of the markups mentioned above, Yoast WooCommerce SEO does significantly improve upon the default WooCommerce markup by enriching it and making it even more accessible for Google to read and understand your markup. You can find more info about this addon here: https://yoast.com/help/aggregaterating-review-offer-required/

Yeah i know that. But you say on that page that:

“Please keep in mind that you will need some customer reviews. If your customers did not leave any reviews for your products, WooCommerce does not have any data to show in the review and aggregateRating markup and will, therefore, not output it.”

In that way Yoast WooCommerce SEO doesn’t produce aggregate ratings or review value so it’s empty and Google understands it’s missing.

Is it possible that to be fixed?

    Thanks in advance

    Hi @nextspot,

    Thank you for your reply.

If it would output any incorrect or empty values, that would also be marked as an issue. There need to be actual reviews in order to output as such. We do understand that Google notifies you of this, but there is no workaround for this if there is no data to be included.

    Thanks for your reply…

So there is no way for that to be fixed in any way? Cause it affects the rating as you probably know.

Is there any other way to fix this that i haven’t found?

    Hi @nextspot,

Unfortunately, there is no workaround there as long as there are no reviews, there is no option to output false or incorrect values for these Schema properties. That would result in different Google warnings/errors.
