Yoast Says Post Is Red On WP Dashboard, But Green When Editing Post

Yes, I’m using Yoast SEO 14.5.

This first image is of my WordPress dashboard where it says one post needs improvement:

When I click the link and then “Edit” to look into the post, it shows the SEO Analysis is good:

The screenshots show the post that is shown as ‘Needs Improvement’ has the Readability Analysis as ‘OK’ and SEO analysis as ‘Good’. Sorry about the confusion in feedback from the plugin.

Have you considered improving the post with the suggestions provided? This may sync the feedback received.

Thanks for your response. I’ve been working on this post for a couple days now, and have actually improved the SEO analysis. Before that, I never saw the alert on my WP dashboard about this post needing improvement.

In fact, I have other posts with lower readability and SEO scores that don’t come up in the dashboard as “Needs Improvement.” That’s what’s confusing about what I’m seeing in the dashboard versus what I see when I edit the post.

It sounds like I pay attention to the rating I get when editing the post.
