Yoast Panel Keeps Closing In Editor

Every time I create a new post, the Yoast SEO panel keeps collapsing into a minimized bar. I have to click the open arrow to see it when I create a new post. Then after I post or update, the panel collapses again to a minimized bar. It’s driving me buggy having to open it every time I create, edit, open, or save a post.

I’ve turned the panel off and on again in the Screen Options, but the behavior won’t go away.
