  • @nalanunal a client had this same issue. We used WP Rollback to roll back to rollback to go back to Yoast SEO 12.1. That fixed this issue!

We’re sorry that you are experiencing problems that might be caused by our plugin!

Just to be sure, we would like to rule out any plugin or theme conflicts that may occur. The fastest way to do this is to?deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme?like?Twenty Nineteen.?

Test this on your development or staging site, if you have one. If not, we recommend using the?Health Check & Troubleshooting?plugin. This plugin allows you to run a conflict check?without affecting normal visitors to your site.

As we can imagine that you’re unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we’d like to point you to a step-by-step guide that will walk you through the process:?How to check for plugin conflicts.

    Hi @nalanunal,

Please send us a screenshot where the issue persists when all the other plugins (except for Yoast SEO) are disabled. In addition, please also check for Javascript errors in your console and send us a copy of them.

We are looking forward to hearing from you.

Looking at the JavaScript screenshot, there is an error related to metaboxes-page.js which appears to occur before the Yoast box loads. If you disable Yoast SEO, does the console show a JavaScript error? If a JavaScript error occurs when Yoast SEO is not active, something else in your setup causes an error which then breaks the Yoast meta box.
