    Hi,
I have this notification from Yoast BUT I have not changed my permalink structure. Here’s the notice:
Because of a change in your permalink structure, some of your SEO data needs to be reprocessed.
We estimate this could take a long time, due to the size of your site. As an alternative to waiting, you could:
Wait for a week or so, until Yoast SEO automatically processes most of your content in the background. Run the indexation process on your server using WP CLI.

Why do you think I am seeing this notice?
    Thanks!

  • Hi @tlc72,

This is a strange issue. The warning should only appear when you change your permalinks. We’re not sure why this warning is continuing to appear.

We’ve received reports that this can also happen after the homepage content has been updated. Can you let us know if you’ve updated your homepage recently?

Regardless, we suggest you re-run the SEO optimization again and then note what has happened on the site if the warning comes up again. Let us know if you have any other details that could help us investigate the issue.

    Hi Priscilla,
Hmmmm….. I haven’t updated my homepage content in the manner I THINK you mean ?? I don’t have a static homepage. My homepage is all widgets (Genesis).

Wish I had more info to offer… I don’t do much on my site except add posts.

I’ll re-run the SEO optimization and watch to see if I get the notice again.
    Thanks.
