Yoast not working on tag pages

Hi,
I am having some problems with yoast and cant find the right answer online any where.
I’ve added an SEO title and meta description onto one of my taxonomy pages, but it is not showing on search engines, instead its just the default title and description.
Can anyone help me rectify this problem
