Yoast metabox doesn’t show up when I’m editing a post/page

What did you expect to happen?

Edit a post/page and see the “Yoast SEO Premium” metabox.

What happened instead?

When I am editing a post/page, sometimes the Yoast plugin metabox is there and sometimes it’s not (usually you have to reload the page 2-3 times in order to appear back).

This is hapening since we recently upgraded from Yoast SEO Free to Yoast SEO Premium version. Before the upgrade we contacted your support team and we got this information:

If you’re currently using the Yoast SEO free, you won’t lose any settings, title, meta, focus keyword etc. by upgrading to the Yoast SEO Premium. All of the settings and data will carry over to the premium version.

So I just went ahead and followed the Installation Guide of Yoast SEO Premium docs.

How can we reproduce this behavior?

I can send you a private message with the credentials to access our installation (please just show me the way).

* WordPress version: WordPress 4.6
* Yoast SEO version: Yoast SEO Premium 3.5.2
