Hi, thank you for those screenshots of those JavaScript errors. We understand the Yoast Metabox is not working correctly. We would like some more information.

    1. We had another recent release. Can you confirm you are using the most recent Yoast SEO, v15.2.1? If you update, does the issue resolve?

    2. Can you confirm you are using WordPress 5.5.3? You can check by clicking on the W in the top left and selecting About. If you need to update, please check with your host provider.?Please know that if you are using an older version of WordPress Core you may experience unexpected behavior with Yoast.?This guide explains more:?https://yoast.com/why-we-dont-support-old-wordpress-versions/.

    3. Are all your non-Yoast plugins and themes also updated?

    Thanks for reply.

    1) Yes I have 15.2.1

    2) Yes I have 5.5.3

    3) Yes everything is updated to newest version.

It doesn’t work in avada builder or wordpress default builder.

@8vasa8 Thanks for confirming that both WordPress and Yoast SEO are up to date.

A?blank meta box?issue occurs due to a JavaScript conflict. So?we’d next like you to please perform a conflict check. This will help us narrow down the exact cause and determine what the next steps are while saving you time.

The fastest way to do this is to?deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme?like?Twenty Nineteen.?Test this on your development or staging site, if you have one. If not, we recommend using the?Health Check & Troubleshooting?plugin. This plugin allows you to run a conflict check?without affecting normal visitors to your site.

If you’re unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we’d like to point you to a step-by-step guide that will walk you through the process:?How to check for plugin conflicts.

@devnihil Thanks for taking care of me. I hope I did it right:

    1) I installed “Health Check & Troubleshooting”
    2) I turned on “Troubleshooting”
    3) I had active Twenty Nineteen insted of Avada
    4) I activated ONLY Yoast SEO
    5) I went to post and clicked “edit”
    6) Yoast still the same screen

So it looks like it’s not conflict with other plugins and theme.

    What can I do now?
    Thanks

    Hi,

We understand you ran the troubleshooting mode in the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin and still encountered the blank Yoast SEO meta box issue with only a default theme such as TwentyNineteen and only the Yoast SEO plugin v15.2.1 enabled. Were there any JavaScript errors? Could you send us a screenshot?

Would it be possible for you to clear your browser’s cache and cookies or try other browsers such as Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, or Microsoft Edge and see if this helps? Could you also check if you are meeting the other necessary plugin requirements here?
