I’ve already reset the Yoast Indexables tables and migrations by using the Yoast Test Helper plugin and it seems to have made the issue worse. I’m currently working through my site URL by URL updating the canonical manually but this issue is effecting my rankings. I also had to find+replace the www out of the yoast-schema-graph as it was all including www.

My site is set up in wordpress’s general settings as a non-www site, and there hasn’t been an issue until a few weeks ago – pages that had a non-www canonical have started having www canonical and schmea. Yesterday I realized googled had started indexing the WWW versions due to this issue.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

@briankelleher We’re very sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue on your site. We understand that you have the site configured as a non-www site in your WordPress settings, but can you please let us know what the exact settings used for the WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) values located in Settings>General are?

Also, can you please confirm whether you are using any type of staging/development site which might be using a different URL that you make changes to the site prior to pushing them to the live version of the site?

Both are set to https://killerguitarrigs.com, not using any kind of staging.

@briankelleher Thanks for your reply and for confirming that information.

As for the Yoast Test Helper plugin, can you please confirm whether when you reset the indexables you are using the most recent version of the plugin? We recently released an update so the current version is 1.10.

As for the issue itself, can you confirm whether the issue is isolated to any particular type of page? Or a page/post where you might use another plugin or theme function exclusively on the site? The reason we ask is to see whether we can replicate the issue, and whether it may require another plugin/theme to recreate the issue.

The only issue that we’re currently aware of with the plugin causing a similar issue is in relation to staging sites retaining old values of the site URL when pushed to production, but so far that has been able to be resolved using the Yoast Test Helper plugin and resetting the indexables, so it indicates that your issue is not that.
