We use this feature in all our articles. But we have noticed that when we view our site on cell phones, the External linking article does not collapse to follow responsive design or mobile format. Can someone point me in the right direction to make this adhere to mobile format? It may be an option I am not aware of. Thank you.

First of all the Google drive link you shared seems to need the public access. I checked your website and see you’re running the very old version of the Yoast SEO Premium (v5.4) which is already outdated.

Unfortunately, we can’t provide support to older version. Either we would suggest to purchase a new subscription or switch to the Yoast SEO free version.

Regarding your issue, it is quite not clear so please provide us with screenshots that highlight the issue you are experiencing. You can use any image-sharing service like https://pasteboard.co/, https://snag.gy/, https://imgur.com/, https://snipboard.io/, or even upload the screenshot to your own website. Once you upload it to an image-sharing service, please share the link to the image here.
