    Good day,

I am having problems with your plugin, I had it installed and was working fine, but when I went to do an update, it errored out and was removed from my plugins automatically. I tried re-updating/installing, but it kept failing until I renamed the folder in FTP. Even then, I have still had problems.

I’ve been ‘trying’ to work with GoDaddy on this, but they keep saying its a plugin issue. I deactivated ALL plugins and it STILL would not install.

I know the problem is not with your plugin, but do you happen to have any ideas what might be causing this problem?

I hadn’t had any problems really at all until I switched to the managed wordpress plan, so, my feeling is it is a GoDaddy issue, but just to be thorough, I thought I would ask here just the same.

    Thanks!
    Dennis

    Hi Dennis,

Unfortunately, we could not say for sure what is causing the issue. Please try uploading the plugin through FTP as in this guide.

If you are still experiencing any issues, please take a screenshot or send us a copy of the error message which you are experiencing, so that we may provide you with a solution.

Thank you very much Marius for your response, I appreciate it.

I have the plugin working now, but suspect it will fail again when the next update rolls out.

I believe that the problem is more related to GoDaddy’s Managed WordPress plan and am planning on migrating to a cPanel plan this weekend.

If I have any other problems that look like it is related to your plugin, in any way, I will reach out again.

Thank you once again for your response and your time.

    Hi Dennis,

Thanks for following up, we’re happy to hear the plugin is now working as expected. If the issue shows up again, please submit a new topic, I’ll mark this one as resolved.
