Yoast focus keyword

  • Hi.
    I have a question regarding WordPress SEO plugin by Yoast. On my website ILI NET Web development.
    I use on this current page 3 word focus keyword, and it is in 4% (green by yoast), but when i check single word in keyword density tool from that 3 word keyword it shows 7%. Does that hurt my rankings? Should I write article regarding single keyword or 3 keyword?
