    Hi @saudshoukat199

We’re sorry to hear of the issue you’re encountering on your website. Based on your loom video, it looks like nothing is loading as expected on your WordPress admin dashboard.

Would it be possible for you to provide us with the specific error message that you received an email on from WordPress so we can understand this better?

It looks like you are using an outdated version of Yoast SEO for WordPress v16.7.

In order to temporarily deactivate all of your plugins (and the Yoast SEO plugin included), we would recommend following the steps in this article – https://yoast.com/help/white-screen-when-activating-or-updating-plugin/

Are you then able to access the menus and content in your WordPress dashboard? We’d need to know the error message that you received, but if possible, we recommend updating to the latest version of v17.0 on your staging site first and seeing if it then doesn’t cause any problems or issues, before updating to the live site – https://yoast.com/help/how-can-i-update-my-free-plugin/

    Hello @mikes41720
    Thanks for replying.

This is the email that I received from yoast support and my problem is that i can’t edit, delete posts, plugins, pages,s and more when I open WP dashboard and i click any option so I see the page is blank this is an error.

    Hey!

Since WordPress 5.2, there is a built-in feature that recognizes when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site and notifies you with this automatic email.

In this case, WordPress has found a problem with one of your plugins: Yoast SEO.

First, visit your site (https://www.delaserfrezer.com/) and see if there are any visible issues. After that, visit the page where the error was found (https://www.delaserfrezer.com/wp-login.php) and see if there are any visible issues.

Contact your host for assistance in further investigating this issue.

In case your site seems to be broken, and you can’t access the dashboard in the normal way, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode”. This allows you to securely log into your dashboard to further investigate the problem.

    Hi @saudshoukat199

Would it be possible for you to provide us with the ‘Error details’ enclosed in that email? It should be located at the bottom of the same email and would help provide details on exactly what went wrong.

You can try accessing the special recovery mode as mentioned from that email from WordPress.

Otherwise, we would advise that you follow the steps in this article to temporarily deactivate all of your plugins, so you can access your website dashboard again and access all of your menus and then start troubleshooting further (depending on the error details) – https://yoast.com/help/white-screen-when-activating-or-updating-plugin/
