I was trying to add a post to my site, and when I tried to save a draft, the site crashed and I got an email saying this:

An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 12 of the file /home/eyredes1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/admin/class-yoast-plugin-conflict.php. Error message: Cannot declare class Yoast_Plugin_Conflict, because the name is already in use

At first I could get into the back end in recovery mode, and I updated Yoast to 12.4, but the error continued. Now I can only get into the back end by deleting the plugin completely via FTP. Grateful for any suggestions.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

If I disable all plugins, and only enable Yoast, I cannot get into the backend. If I change theme to Twenty Nineteen, then enable Yoast, same thing. Eventually it trashed the database and I had to restore it from backup, but then it’s still the same problem.
