Yoast crashes my website .htaccess

  • I have been having an issue with my website crashing sometimes after installing the Yoast SEO. My support tells me this is the problem;

    [alert] [client 66.249.yy.xxx] /home/teamseaf/public_html/.htaccess: </IfModule> without matching <IfModule> section

    And they blame it on the newly installed SEO tool. The site was running fine before it was installed.

    Is anyone experiencing something similar or have a solution?
