    Hi. Can’t use the Elementor Theme Builder. When opening a template part it says “The preview could not be loaded” .

    I disabled all plugins one by one and it turns out that with Yoast disabled – Elementor works fine, i am able to edit the templates in Theme Builder.

    Details:
    Yoast – Version 20.12?
    Elementor – Version 3.15.0
    WordPress – 6.2.2

    Env details:
    PHP – 8.0.29
    Memory limit – 500M
    Web server – Apache
    MariaDB – 10.6.14

  • Hey @iontulburedev,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    What version of Elementor Pro are you running to access the theme builder functionalities? If you click on “preview debug”, do you get any error message or more information?

    Just as a first step in troubleshooting, I wasn’t able to reproduce the error message and was able to use the theme builder with these plugins. A conflict check might discover the root cause.

    Due to the forum guidelines here, we’ll mark the topic as resolved.

    @jeroenrotty Hi. I understand but the issue is caused if the Yoast Free version is enabled.

    I enabled Health Check & Troubleshooting WordPress plugin.

    First i enabled the WordPress Theme;
    Second i enabled Elementor and Elementor Pro; – Theme Builder works fine at this point;
    Third i enabled Yoast Free – now Theme Builder templates aren’t opening;
    Yoast Premium was disabled at this point. Also Yoast Premium doesn’t even work without the Free module.

    Note that: the rest of plugins are disabled at this point:

    All good if Yoast is disabled.

    Now with Yoast enabled :
