Hi, with the current version of wordpress and yoast. I can’t see any image in my media library.
When I disable yoast I perfectly can see my uploaded images.

    How to fix this please?
    Thank you so much.

Can you confirm you are using WP v4.9.8 and Yoast SEO for WordPress v8.0? Do you have any custom gallery or media plugin?

That sounds like a plugin or theme conflict. Can you try and gather as much information for us as possible? Please perform the following:

    1. Make sure the issue doesn’t persist when Yoast SEO is disabled.
    2. Check for conflicts.
    3. Check for JavaScript errors with your console.

If you find any JavaScript errors related to Yoast SEO or if there is a conflict with a plugin or a theme, you can create a new GitHub issue for our developers. Please report the issue to a third party developer as well.

If you didn’t find any conflicts or errors, we think the issue is specific to your site. We’d need to investigate further but are unable to do so on these forums. You can purchase Yoast SEO Premium and receive our Premium email support and we can help you further.

    Hi Michael
We are having the same problem in that the media library disappears, yet reappears whne Yoast is disabled.
I have checked for conflicts and there does not appear to be any?
If we upgrade to Yoast SEO Premium will this solve this issues or just entitle us to 24/7 support?
    Best regards,
    Peter

    @michael

4 persons with the same issue, and when Yoast is disabled the issue is gone doesn’t seem like an site specific issue.

In fact I tested this with 4 themes.
The moment yoast is enabled there is no media library.

Tested with: Salient, Divi, Flatsome and Oshine

I can confirm I am using both the latest version of the themes, wordpress, php7 & server specific items, and yoast.

    all the best

@peeveezee While we are unable to confirm whether performing Yoast SEO Premium will fix the issue, we can confirm that once you have a premium subscription, we can definitely investigate this issue further directly on your website. If we are unable to fix the issue, we can either refund the purchase within the 30 days or if we find this is a bug specific to Yoast SEO, we’d be happy to forward this to our development team so they can investigate and fix the issue.

@vi54 Did you perform the conflict check while all the non-Yoast plugins are disabled? What happens when all the non-Yoast plugins are disabled and the default 2017 theme is active?
