Yoast can not save the Slug

After running the health check troubleshooting plug in it gave me this message.
version Highest supported PHP
Yoast SEO 13.4.1 — Could not be determined

So i think all it′s ok?
There is no relevant java script errors , just an issue with an image
Only the slug in homepage can not be saved. I do not understand why.

The static homepage slug is ignored due to the way WordPress handles static homepages. However since WordPress needs to have a slug for the page in case you remove it from being the static homepage, you may still see a slug field or the slug shown in certain areas. The slug does not typically show on the front end so changing it won’t impact anything.

Is there a reason you need a slug for the homepage?

Since this problem happened my SERP dropped massively. I know that could be various number of reasons but there were no major alterations in site/backlinks/DA etc…
When i insert the slug Yoast gives me a green ok of better results so i think there is something wrong with issue.
