    Hi,

YOAST is a great plugin – thank you for sharing.

Regarding YOAST breadcrumbs, I setup breadcrumbs today and they work fine on the blog page. However, I have a custom posts page setup too called ‘Our Projects’ with the posts accessible from that page, mirroring the functionality of the normal WordPress blog page which exists too.

The breadcrumbs on the ‘Our Projects’ page are fine, they show as: Home ? Our Projects.
But, when I click to navigate to one of the custom posts from the ‘Our Projects’ page, the breadcrumbs in the actual posts pages miss out the ‘Our Projects’ page, just showing home/ post name.

For example, one of the posts is called ‘Ex Mike Hawthorn Mk2’, so the breadcrumbs show: Home ? Ex Mike Hawthorn MK2.

What the breadcrumbs should show is: Home ? Our Projects ? Ex Mike Hawthorn MK2.

I have searched online for a solution, but I cannot find one anywhere. Am I missing a setting somewhere? Is there a way to get the hierarchy for custom posts types working properly please?

The site is on localhost so I can’t share a link.

    Thanks.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    No reply from plugin authors.

I sorted this using this post.

I have exactly the same problem. Du you already have a solution or workaround for this?

    Update:
Oh sorry, the link to the solution of 2011 worked for me. Thanks
