    Hi,

There seems to be a problem with the Yoast breadcrumb settings. We have the Anchor text set to JCOIN CTC and the separator arrow isn’t the arrow we have in the Yoast setting. The first example is using Beaver Builder Addon 2 module and the second is using the [wpseo_breadcrumb] shortcode. You’ll notice that it doesn’t reflect the settings saved in Yoast.

    Breadcrumbs on frontend:

I look forward to hearing from you!

@smn123 We’re sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. Unfortunately, the images you tried to attach aren’t appearing. Are you able to share these images using an image sharing service like https://pasteboard.co/ or something similar?

Thank you. I currently see Home>Latest Updates as the breadcrumbs. Can you confirm if you shared the correct page URL?

@maybellyne The page in the original screenshot is located within our grantee portal. We’re having issues with the yoast breadcrumbs throughout the site so in the Latest Updates page, the breadcrumbs should also say JCOIN CTC ? Latest Updates instead of Home>Latest Updates.

Thanks for the added info. I assume Latest Updates is a regular WordPress page on the site. Indeed, if you have set the Anchor text for the Homepage to JCOIN CTC, the breadcrumbs trail should be JCOIN CTC ? Latest Updates.

    Please try the following:

    1. Install & activate the Yoast Test Helper plugin
    2. Go to Tools > Yoast Test
    3. Locate the Yoast SEO section and click on the ‘Reset indexables tables & migrations‘, ‘Reset Prominent words calculation‘, and ‘Reset Internal link counter‘ buttons. After each click, the page will reload to confirm that the specific reset was successful.
    4. Go to SEO > Tools, and under SEO data, click the “Start SEO data optimization” button to allow Yoast to rescan your content.

Please let us know if the reported issue remains after resetting the optimized data.

@maybellyne I reset the three options on Yoast Test as well as the Optimize SEO Data and the issue still remains.

Due to the nature of the issue, we’ll need to take a look at your setup. However, we cannot do it here as this is a public forum. So, if you could consider purchasing a?Yoast SEO Premium?subscription since it comes with email support, we can investigate the issue further directly on your setup privately.
