Yoast Breadcrumbs Always Shows The Same Breadcrumbs

I’ve just downloaded Yoast Breadcrumbs but no matter which blog entry I’m in, it always shows the same breadcrumbs at
Home ? Relationship ? Does the Truth Help or Hurt Relationships?
For eg. if you go to https://shopbug.sg/blog/2009/08/07/baby/safety-at-home-for-your-children-313.html it’ll still show the same breadcrumbs.
I don’t know it’s the problem with my installation or my theme or something to do with the p ID script I insert in my theme.
Please help. Thanks in advance.
