YOAST Breadcrumb Problem

After changing the permalink from https://akoestiekspecialist.nl/productcategorie?n…. too https://akoestiekspecialist.nl/productcategorieen, we’ve got a 404 error. It’s been changed but it’s stuck somewhere. Where is the problem?
In the link you’ll find a product, on this product page I can’t go back to productcategorieen, named as productcategorie?n (FOLD).
How can I change this?
When I using the breadcrumbs towards the Avada theme it worked, recommendation is YOAST breadcrumbs.
