I also tried using “Import & Export” tab to import Yoast blocks. But it seems like it only imports from Post and not from Pages & other custom post types. Is there any way to import from Pages & Custom Post Types?

    Hello @shahmanish877,

Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

The Yoast Block Converter Tool will only show if you have created FAQ blocks with Yoast.

Also, please check your database for the table rank_math_yoast_block_posts which should have posts inside it for our plugin to see the posts with the Yoast blocks.

You can delete this table completely from the database and make sure it’s not regenerating. After that you can import the Yoast blocks by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Import & Export.

This should create this option with the posts where there are Yoast blocks so that those can be converted.

    Hope that helps.

Does that yoast converter only shows/works for post or it works for page & other custom post type also?

    Hello @shahmanish877,

The converter also works for other post types. Only the option is called that way.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

As you can see in this screenshot –?https://nimb.ws/Pzom52, it is only searching for posts. So, is it only checking for posts?

I also tried to replicate same issue in new staging site to check if Yoast Block Converter will show in Database Tools but it didn’t show even when there was a post with Yoast FAQ on it.

    Hello @shahmanish877,

That is simply the nomenclature we use in our importer. The underlying code is looking for the blocks not only in posts but also in pages and other CPTs.

You can clearly see in our code that we look inside all post types: https://i.rankmath.com/i/FbOnmp

If you are not seeing any posts being detected is because the option we mentioned above is present and contains no data, so you would need to delete it to regenerate the data with Yoast blocks.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
