I purchased Yoast Premium. After activation there were two problems and after 6 days of emails back and forth with support they managed to fix one problem but the other still exists: “You are not receiving updates or support! Fix this problem by adding this site and enabling Yoast SEO Premium for it in My Yoast.”

When I was working in Yoast the SEO Title section was orange until I added several lines of text and then it turned green. I think everyone knows you shouldn’t have more than 70 characters in the SEO Title. It also isn’t seeing my images. Geez, if you can’t get the easy things right it’s easy to doubt you are getting the more complex things right!

  • I’m looking at renewing my Premium license. I’m on the fence about renewing my Yoast Premium as I am not certain it can do half of what they say it can/is doing.

    Thanks for your post!

@maharvey We apologise for any inconvenience. Can you please grant us access to your website on [email protected] so that we can investigate the activation notification issue further?

In regards to the SEO title, it isn’t really bound by a character limit anymore. It is bound by a max width 512px. This means we no longer count the SEO title, but we calculate the pixel of the SEO title.

In regards to the image detection issue, can you please elaborate more about this directly at our premium support email so that we can investigate this issue further?
