    Hello,

I have a website that is built in with Divi theme. When activating your plugin, I am unable to edit the page builder anymore. I can’t modify the page and save because it prompts error like this:
    ————————————————————————-
An error has occurred while saving your page. Various problems can cause a save to fail, such as a lack of server resources, firewall blockages, plugin conflicts or server misconfiguration. You can try saving again by clicking Try Again, or you can download a backup of your unsaved page by clicking Download Backup. Backups can be restored using the portability system while next editing your page.

Contacting your host and asking them to increase the following PHP variables may help: memory_limit, max_execution_time, upload_max_filesize, post_max_size, max_input_time, max_input_vars. In addition, auditing your firewall error log (such as ModSecurity) may reveal false positives that are preventing saves from completing.

Lastly, it is recommended that you temporarily disable all WordPress plugins and browser extensions and try to save again to determine if something is causing a conflict.
    ———————————————————-

After deactivating your plugin, it saves with no issues at all but after reactivating it again, the error came back!

Please help resolve this issue. Thank you!

Ps. I contacted both Divi and my web hosting support and found no issues at all on their end.

  • Hello!

We understand you’re having trouble editing through your page builder when Yoast SEO is activated. I imagine this can be frustrating. Let’s get to the bottom of it!

This could be caused by a plugin or theme conflict but before we ask you to perform a conflict check, can you please make sure you’re running the latest version of WordPress (5.5.1), Yoast SEO (14.9), and the latest version of your theme and ALL other plugins?

Since the release of WordPress 5.5, we’ve seen quite a few conflicts with other plugins and themes, especially those that are running older codes. Most plugin and theme developers released an update after the WordPress 5.5 release. Please check your other plugins if there are any that haven’t been updated for quite a while. If you found any, please try deactivating it and see if it fixes the issue.

    Let us know the result.
